When will my pre-order ship?
Orders ship around each product's release date: Wave 1 (ETB) from 16 September 2026, Wave 2 (Booster Bundle) from 2 October, and Wave 4 (Ultra-Premium Collection) from 6 November. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How does the deposit work?
You pay a 25% deposit today to lock in your allocation. About 3 days before your order ships, we email you an invoice for the remaining balance. Your order ships once that's paid.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Email us any time before your balance is invoiced and we'll cancel your pre-order and refund your deposit in full.
Is the product genuine and sealed?
Every item is factory-sealed and sourced through authorised distribution. Never resealed, never weighed. The shrink-wrap stays on until it reaches you.
What if it arrives damaged?
Everything ships with collector-grade protection and tracking. If anything arrives damaged in transit, email us with a photo and we'll make it right.
